Infant Star of the Week
Class 2 – Reception – Scarlett
The overall infant star of the week is Scarlett. Scarlett comes into school every day with a huge smile on her face and helps to put everyone in the classroom in a good mood. This week Scarlett has been trying really hard with her letter formation and is beginning to write some sentences on her own. Scarlett loves to draw and has drawn some lovely pictures in the afternoons of the animals we have been learning about as part of our topic work. She is a delight to have in class and definitely deserves this award for her fantastic attitude towards school. Well-done Scarlett!

She produces quality homework and has recently brought in Cornish legend artwork, a St.Piran fact file and an amazing South American Candombe drum to name a few. Amy is involved in the school choir and represented Penpol School this week with her peers showcasing ‘Songfest’ at the Hall for Cornwall. She sang Cornish folk songs alongside other schools and sang beautifully. Keep up the fantastic effort and work Amy!
